"Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci is one of the most popular painting in the world.

Various kinds of "Mona Lisa" parody works  have been published so far.

Several years ago, Japanese famous beverage manufacturer companpy adopted a "Mona Lisa" parody work for their advertisement on TV, in which "Mona Lisa" face was replaced with a popular singer's.

Leonardo da Vinci died in 1519 and nearly 500 years have past.  Therefor, it's clear that copyright protection period related to "Mona Lisa" has already expired.

However, you have to be careful when using the "Mona Lisa" parody work since a creater of the parody work owns copyright related to his work.
