Discuss The Measures for Patent Troll

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan starts to consider measures to protect Japanese companies from malicious patent management company called "Patent Troll".

The main content of them is to establish a third-party committee composed of experts of laws to discuss whether the Patent Troll request is reasonable or not.

The opinion of a thrid-party committee will be taken into consideration in court.
