Microsoft and Casio Sign Patent Licensing Agreement

On April 3, 2017, Microsoft announced that Microsoft Technology Licensing LLC and Casio Computer signed a new patent license agreement that includes broad coverage for smartwatch technologies.

Casio supplies smartwatch such as "Smart Outdoor Watch WSD-F10" with 5 ATM water resistant and "WSD-F20" with GPS.

These smartwatches include Microsoft's technology.

In the future, Casio may supply smartwatches to work with Windows Phone.
