The number of import injunctions on goods to japan infringing intellectual property rights was 26,034 in 2016, exceeding 20,000 for 10 consecutive years.
About 90% of these cases were related to import from China.
The number of import injunctions on goods infringing trademark rights accounts for 98% or more of the total, and the number of goods infringing trademark rights accounts for 65% or more of the total. This trend is the same as before.
